Appointments are scheduled through the main office at (505) 856-0300. You will be asked for demographic and insurance information, but you do not need to disclose the exact nature of your problem. When scheduling your appointment you will need to specify that you want to see Linda Walker. Prior to a first appointment, Linda likes to speak with new clients for 5-10 minutes on the phone (at no additional charge). The office will connect you to Linda’s extension. If Linda is unavailable please leave a voice mail and she will call you back to arrange a time when you can talk.
Once you have your appointment scheduled, you will need to complete the new patient paperwork and return it to the main clinic at CCPNM (8205 Spain Rd NE #106, Albuquerque, NM 87109). Preferable 24-48 hours before your appointment with Linda. If you have any problem with the paperwork please call the main office at (505)-856-0300.
